Achievements
Achievements mark the milestones of a Governor's career. Each honour earned adds to standing and delivers a bounty of resources to the settlement — one of the swiftest ways to gain ground early in a commission.
Achievements are grouped into four sets of five, arranged by difficulty. Upon appointment, every Governor receives their first stamp — The First Stone — as a mark of welcome.
Settler's Mark
The first steps of governance — construction, trade, and settling disputes. One stamp is gifted upon appointment.

War & Conquest
The long game — naval dominance, warfare, and territorial expansion.

Rewards
Each milestone delivers two rewards upon completion. A score honour is added to the Governor's ranking total immediately, and a bounty of resources — gold, stone, or lumber — is deposited into the settlement where the milestone was earned.
Later sets carry larger bounties. A Governor who completes all twenty milestones will have earned a considerable head start in both standing and stores.
